About Gene Hurd

Gene and Amanda Hurd, a “Power Couple” that has a journey derived from the motivation of a loving family and a deep rooted work ethic. 

 

Gene Hurd comes from a family of 6 siblings, growing up in the close knit community of Gulf Breeze, FL. After raising 4 children himself in the heart of Gulf Breeze, and owning his own Aborist business for 30+ years that serviced all over the Panhandle, he has a dedication and tie to our community that is lifelong and grants him the vast knowledge of every aspect our beautiful coast has to offer. Gene also has prior experience building homes, which allows him to have a well-rounded contribution to his real estate relationships. 

 

Amanda Hurd moved to Gulf Breeze, FL in 2007, following her dedication to the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer.  Shortly after planting her roots here with her two children, she realized she wanted to connect her passion for serving her clients and creating relationships to her love of our beautiful community. Amanda became a real estate agent in 2014 and hasn’t looked back! 

 

Gene and Amanda have both excelled in their dedication to staying on top of the continuing trends and expansion of the market, allowing them to provide incomparable services to their first time and repeat clients! Their competitive edge and passion to their real estate team has influenced them to take the leap of their triumphant goal towards creating their own real estate brokerage. Gene and Amanda founded Hurd Real Estate & Co. in 2022 and are very excited to serve our community with any future real estate needs!
